I've just added a series of video tutorials that I made for my blog. These look at how to create and use a Wetpaint wiki.
I've also created two wikis that I'd like to invite you (and your students) to join.
The first one is aimed at teachers: http://technogogyelt.wetpaint.com and focuses on collecting knowledge related to the use of technology for English Language Teaching. It's starting with a look at some terms, some FAQs and some of the key skills that teachers need to develop. Feel free to join in or just to have a look to see how it works.
The second one is aimed at students: http://cinderella-their-story.wetpaint.com
This looks at the Cinderella story and is intended as a collaborative work to develop the story from different perspectives and to develop the story. Again this is experimental so feel free to get involved or just have a look.
I hope you enjoy these and find the videos useful.
Interesting ideas for your wikis... so for the Cinderella story, is that a wiki that you only want others to get involved with or are you also planning to involve your classes in the wikis? I'm sure they'd love it especially with the relatively recent Cinderella movie that was made (I saw the video you posted)
I'm keen for as many as possible to be involved. I don't have my own classes of students at the moment, so it's hard to get it moving. It was mainly set up as an example for some postings I was writing on my blog: http://nikpeachey.blogspot.com/ Glad you liked the ideas.
